In May I decided to meet the demand and provide fitness online! I now offer Dripset classes online ! It’s amazing right? Online! Right in the comfort of your own home.
Dripset classes empower all women not just in health and fitness but other areas of their lives. This year we aim to focus on growth and building physically, mentally and spiritually.
It is important that all women regardless of their body type, despite what society deems acceptable feel comfortable in their own bodies. My aim is to transform women into happier, confident, more productive and stress free individuals by implementing effective virtual fitness sessions alongside full support online.
Exercising and working out should be a part of our daily routines. A healthy lifestyle increases productivity and decreases stress levels. When exercise is combined with a clear and focused mind, it helps individuals to work efficiently and proficiently. It can be difficult for some to prioritise exercise and be consistent with it and that is why this service aims to keep you and others accountable. This service provides you with a safe space on WhatsApp where you can ask as many questions and receive constant updates, as well as ideas such as food options and prep for those days you just don’t know what to eat. Many individuals lack confidence when going to the gym but this is why Dripset classes are ideal as it is from the comfort of your own home!
What does the virtual sessions include?
Four sessions a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm-7:45pm and Saturdays and Sunday 9am to 9:30 am. All sessions are recorded and saved you will have access for 24 hours so don’t worry if you miss a class.
In total you get the chance to have 16 sessions a month, 4 days a week which works out to be £1.25 for each class. The bundle package will also include a what’s app group where I will be providing extra support which will include links to effective workout videos, nutritional advice, fitness tips alongside weekly challenges and incentives/prizes.
The group focuses on self-development in all different aspects of your life. The goal is to transform the body and mind. You will also be alongside like minded females who also encourage each other which makes the journey easier and enjoyable.

You will need minimal equipment for these workouts so don’t worry if you don’t have anything.
