PLEASE NOTE- Different strengths have a different level of stretch, so the heavier you go, the more tension and resistance you’ll feel.
The Medium resistance bands is essential and recommended for all, whether you’re advanced or not as you are able to do more exercises as it has a lighter resistance, so they are able to stretch out more.
Heavy is for more intense and advanced as it has a stronger resistance.
