Gives you so many ideas of foods to eat which helps to stop eating junk food. I love the exercises as well because sometimes I have no idea what I’m doing in the gym but this guide helps me on what to do daily. I LOVE IT!

Perfect combination of food options for each course and workouts! Plenty to choose from so can mix and match. Only thing I’d add is maybe a recipe or two which I’d pay more for
