Shipping information/Refund and exchange policy
As you know together we are all facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time we are doing everything we possibly can to prevent disruptions in receiving mail. Due to the COVID-19 situation your item may take longer than the estimated delivery date as royal mail are under a heavy workload with reduced staff so they are dealing with a backlog of post. We will on our end dispatch your order on time and will do everything in our power to get to you as soon as possible however, as all deliveries are handled by shipping couriers (which is out of our control) all time frames below are rough estimates so your order may come later or earlier than expected.

Before placing your order, please ensure that you do understand that there may be delays at this moment in time, this is constantly changing so it is strongly recommended that you keep an eye out for further updates by the courier services as well as updates by your countries government. In the event of a failed delivery, you will be refunded automatically once the courier returns your order back and it is received on our end. Please be patient.
Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days of being received.If experiencing a high volume of orders it will be delayed and shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order you will be contacted via email or telephone.

UK Standard delivery (aims to be delivered within 2-4) working days of being dispatched) 2nd Class -FREE
UK Express delivery (aims to be delivered within 1-2 working days of being dispatched) 1st Class – £2.99
Europe (aims to be delivered within 3-5 working days of being dispatched)- Tracked-£13.99
Rest Of The World (aims to be delivered within 5-10 working days of being dispatched)- Tracked-£13.99
Please note that from the 1st of January 2020 all couriers across the globe increased shipping rates due brexit hence the reason for the shipping costs price increase which came in effect from April 2020.

Where is my order or has it been dispatched?
Please check the email or phone number used to complete your order to see if you can find the dispatch confirmation email in your inbox. Please ensure you also check spam folders and search for Cass Fitness. If you cannot find it please email email@example.com and we will ensure to resend.
Why is my order still showing there is not update?
Please note with all orders you are unable to see step by step delivery updates meaning you cannot track the journey in between you can only see once it gets delivered or if there was a failed delivery attempt.
Returns/exchanges- There are no refunds or exchanges on products due to hygiene reasons. Refunds and exchanges can only be given if the product is faulty.
We do however can offer exchanges if sweat belt is not true to size and has not been used. Please return items to return address and please note all customers have to cover return delivery charges and re delivery charge.
If your order is returned due to incorrect address your order will be cancelled and refunded and you would need to place another order. The postage will not be refunded as we have incurred the cost sending you the order.
