We now vary the strength level of each band to change the resistance and not the size of the band meaning you feel the different strengths with each band. Our bands are 13.5cm long and they do not slide for those with smaller thighs and has a better fit for all.
All bands are suitable for all different abilities. The light band is essential for all whether you’re advanced or not as you are able to do more exercises as it has the lightest resistance or the days you are not lifting heavy and want a less intense workout then light and medium is recommended. Heavy is for the more intense workouts and advanced as it has a very strong resistance
