What Strength is right for me? The new bands come in different strengths Medium, Heavy and X-Heavy.
PLEASE NOTE- Different strengths have a different level of stretch, so the heavier you go, the more tension and resistance you’ll feel.
The Medium resistance bands is essential and recommended for all, whether you’re advanced or not as you are able to do more exercises as it has a lighter resistance, so they are able to stretch out more.
Heavy and Extra heavy is for more intense and advanced as it has a stronger resistance.
All bands are 13.5cm long and comes with a pouch to store your bands in.The bands can be used for warming up your Glutes and Legs, Activating Hips, Walking Side Steps, Hip Abductions, Squat & Deadlift Stabilisation, Hip Thrusts, Forward & Backward Walks, Side Lying Clams, Kick Backs and many more. They can be used by both men and Women. They work with weights also if you are focusing on building muscle so do ensure to add weights to your workouts for better results.
